Fofolicious was born out of a long-held passion for baking and a love for bringing joy through creativity. Although the idea of decorating cakes had always been close to my heart, it was during the quiet and reflective days of the COVID-19 lockdown that I finally brought baking and decorating together – and instantly fell in love with the process. What began as a simple hobby quickly grew into something more meaningful, more fulfilling, and more delicious than I could have ever imagined.
The name Fofolicious carries a very special piece of my heart. It’s a tribute to my late father, Philip, lovingly known as Fofo. He was not only my biggest cheerleader but also one of my earliest taste-testers – always encouraging, always proud, and always the first in line for a slice. Naming this business after him felt like the most natural way to honour his memory and keep his spirit alive in every cake I make.
At Fofolicious, every creation is made with love, care, and a sprinkle of the joy Fofo inspired in me. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, a milestone, or just want something sweet ‘just because’, you’ll find something here made to delight.
